Evaluation Framework
Four-Lens Review
1. Mechanism Lens
- Is the biological mechanism described clearly?
- Is language specific enough to avoid hand-waving?
2. Evidence Lens
- What evidence tier supports the claim?
- What is established vs early vs unresolved?
3. Boundary Lens
- Where does the approach break down?
- What contraindications or uncertainty zones matter?
4. Decision Lens
- How does this compare to standard/surgical pathways?
- What is the escalation path if conservative options fail?
